The Handel and Haydn Society's Educational Outreach Program is praised by educators, musicians, parents and students for its ability to involve children in music-making in meaningful, enjoyable, and lasting ways. Now in its 24th year, the program offers public school students opportunities to hear and perform classical music, and a sense of the many ways in which music can become a part of our every day lives. Workshops, recitals, and youth concerts are offered to schools at no cost, reaching more than 10,000 students each year in Boston, Brockton, Cambridge, Lawrence, Lowell, Lynn, Medford, Quincy, and Woburn.
