
Grammy-winning tenor Richard Clement has
acclaimed for his tonal beauty and superb musicality in repertoire
from the Baroque to contemporary. Highlights from recent
seasons the Israel Philharmonic under Kurt Masur, the Czech
Philharmonic, St. Louis Symphony, Montreal Symphony, Detroit
Symphony, the Cleveland Orchestra, San Francisco Symphony,
and Philadelphia Orchestra. Mr. Clement has collaborated
with such conductors as Bobby McFerrin, Christopher Hogwood,
Wolfgang Sawallisch, and Seiji Ozawa. His considerable operatic
credits include engagements with the New York Philharmonic,
Colorado Symphony, Vancouver Opera, Glimmerglass Opera, the
Opera Theater of St. Louis, Boston Baroque, Atlanta Opera,
and the Boston Lyric Opera. Mr. Clement last appeared with
the Handel and Haydn Society in Haydn's The
Creation in October
of 2001.
