Doug Dodson

Doug Dodson, countertenor, is a sought-after soloist and ensemble singer with a voice described as “beautiful, ringing, and agile” (Boston Classical Review). Doug’s solo appearances have included performances with Boston’s Handel and Haydn Society, Aspen Music Festival, Boston Baroque, Oregon Bach Festival, Chicago Opera Theater, and Charlotte Symphony Orchestra. Doug appears regularly with many of the nation’s premier choral groups, including Seraphic Fire. Originally from Spearfish, SD, he earned a masters degree in vocal performance from the University of Missouri – Kansas City.
