Everything you need to know about H+H Mobile tickets

Your H+H tickets are now easier to find, manage, and share. Access your mobile wallet from your phone whenever you are ready for your next concert.

Access Your Tickets

1. On your smartphone, open your web browser and go to mytix.handelandhaydn.org.
2. Sign in using the email address associated with your H+H ticket purchase.
3. Select the performance you plan to attend.
4. Open your ticket and present the QR code to an usher for scanning when you arrive.

For the fastest entry, we recommend opening your tickets before you reach the doors.'

PRO TIP: The QR code to be scanned is dynamic and continuously refreshes. Please do not take a screenshot of your ticket or print it out. A screenshot or printout will not scan.

Save Your Ticket Wallet

Add the H+H Mobile Ticket Wallet to your phone’s home screen so your tickets are always just one tap away.

iPhone

1. Open mytix.handelandhaydn.org in Safari.
2. Tap the Share button.
3. Select Add to Home Screen.
4. Tap Add.

Android

1. Open mytix.handelandhaydn.org in Google Chrome.
2. Tap the menu button.
3. Select Add to Home Screen or Install App.
4. Follow the prompts to finish adding the wallet.

Share Your Tickets

If you’re attending with friends or family, you can easily transfer individual tickets to each guest.

1. Sign in to mytix.handelandhaydn.org.
2. Select your performance.
3. Choose Share Tickets.
4. Select the ticket(s) you’d like to send.
5. Enter your guest’s information and send the invitation.

Your guest will receive a link to access their ticket on their own device.

Before You Arrive

  • Use Safari, Google Chrome, or another mobile browser for the best experience.
  • Have your tickets open before arriving at the entrance.
  • Turn your screen brightness up so the QR code can be scanned easily.
  • If your tickets don’t appear, refresh the page and sign in again.
  • Make sure you’re using the same email address you used to purchase your tickets.
