HHYC Chorale festival

A celebration of young singers, community, and the transformative power of music.

About the Festival

The Handel and Haydn Society Youth Choruses proudly presents the inaugural Chorale Festival, a new initiative bringing together high school singers and music educators from across Massachusetts. This one-day event provides students the opportunity to make music at the highest level, collaborate with professional musicians, and share the stage with the renowned H+H Orchestra.

The HHYC Chorale Festival is more than a concert—it’s an investment in the future of music education. By uniting students from across Massachusetts, the festival creates a supportive space where young singers can learn from expert mentors, build confidence, and experience the joy of performing at a professional level. At the same time, it strengthens school music programs by offering professional development for teachers and building connections across the choral community. Together, these experiences inspire a lifelong love of music and ensure the next generation of singers carries the tradition forward.

Through workshops, rehearsals, and a culminating public concert, the festival fosters artistry, connection, and lifelong passion for music-making.
